INTRODUCTIONS

We start with an introductory call to discuss your project, how we work, and how we can help you with your design needs. This call allows us to better understand your project scope, determine next steps, and answer any questions you may have about the design process.

SITE VISIT

Depending on the scope of your project the next step may be a site visit where we will photograph and measure your space. If you already have floor plans or are engaged with an architect we may use those to begin working together. These plans are critical for construction, space plans and electrical plans.

PLANNING

We will put together as-built plans of your existing space, and then design new layouts that suit your needs, from furniture only plans to full interior redesign of your space. A number of options will then be presented for your review, and tweaked based on your feedback until they are just right.

FINISHES

A detailed finishes spreadsheet that outlines all selections needed for your project to keep things organized and in one place will be produced. We then work with you to select your finishes such as tiles, hardwood, plumbing fixtures, lights, trim profiles, hardware, paint etc. We will also help coordinate the delivery and installation of all finishes with your contractor should they require.
